Bloodwise has commenced on a major Transformation Programme that puts people affected by blood cancer at the heart of everything we do. Key to the new strategy is the implementation of a new CRM solution.
Bloodwise will employ a CRM Project Manager whose task it is to be responsible for end to end delivery of a new SaaS based Commercial Off the Shelf (CoTs) CRM application including associated integration to Bloodwise telephony and web platforms and required data sources. The CRM project will be delivered across Bloodwise and includes requirement analysis, process design, procurement and vendor selection through to implementation, testing, training, transition to Go Live and hand over to BAU support.
Reporting to the Head of Technical Infrastructure & Data and working with the Transformation Programme Manager, the CRM Project Manager will act as the main focal point of contact for CRM within Programme for the management and delivery of the CRM project. Key to the role is the ability to manage chosen 3rd party vendors and systems Integrators to deliver the solution.
As the project moves forward the CRM project manager will be responsible for building a small team of internal resources to work alongside the CRM Team, IT and stakeholder teams to ensure vendors are delivering a quality solution as required by Bloodwise
