Join us in this influential role, and you’ll be able to use your customer service and administration skills and experience to lead the delivery of our fundraising services for supporters and people affected by blood cancer.
You will have a proven track record in volunteer recruitment and management, training and coaching team members, communicating with a wide variety of people, and providing high quality customer service.
You will coach and inspire the Supporter Relations Team, ensuring the charity offers a positive, engaging service for our supporters. To do that you will need to become an expert in our day to day tasks and activities, as well as contributing to our continuous improvement programme to ensure we are always striving to offer the best supporter service possible.
