This week's training has gone well. I cycled 45 miles on Thursday this week, and have been out again on Saturday and again today. Trying to grab as many opportunities as I can. Alongside some RPM classes I feel like I'm really improving.  I think for the next week I'll be bringing the mileage down a little, but still aiming for at least 3 rides and an RPM class each.
