On Saturday I will be doing my biggest challenge to date, running 30km for 30 years! Wish me luck!

It is only five days away until I will be running '30k for 30 years' in memory of my brother who passed away seven years ago. I can't believe that my brother would have turned 30 this Saturday! It just seems like yesterday that as a family we lost an amazing brother, son and nephew.

I'm starting my run at 10am in the morning from Nantwich Swimming Baths and my journey will take me past personal landmarks including, the Barony, Brine Leas School, Wrenbury Football club and Audlem Primary School, finishing at Elm House Farm at around 1.30/2 pm I hope!

I want to say a BIG THANK YOU to everyone who has donated to us. We are currently over £1000 on my fundraising page, which is fantastic! We have also recently been featured in our local news. If you want to read this google "30 for 30 boffey sisters" and about 4 items will appear!

If you are yet to donate and would like to, please visit my page by clicking here.

I would like to take this opportunity and mention a few personal thank you's which are as follows:

Firstly, I would like to thank Bentley Motors in Crewe for their generous donation towards our challenge. My brother had just finished a placement year at Bentley Motors before being diagnosed with Acute myeloid leukaemia.

Secondly, I would like to thank my sister's friend Ruth, who has kindly donated 200 cupcakes for the evening. Ruth is busy baking and I can't wait to see her LLR cupcakes!

Finally to the South Cheshire Branch, friends and family who have supported me and Tricia  throughout this time and we really couldn't have done it without them!

We still have tickets available for the celebratory party on Saturday 19 from 7pm at Audlem Public Hall. For tickets please contact the South Cheshire Branch 01948 871250 or email liz.boffey@btinternet.com

I promise to take plenty of photos during the day and at the party and will follow with a blog next week. So look out for it!

Wow! I cannot believe its 5 Days To Go!!Just been doing a little light gardening and strimming to get the place fit for the final few strides.
Everyone is welcome to Elm House Farm on Saturday for tea & cakes and A Big Cheer! The girls are expected at around 2pm.
Emma, you forgot to thank Fiona (my sister) who is baking flapjacks & chocolate brownies for 200 in the evening! She has been fantastic in her support as have all my family & friends.
Saturday is going to be a special day of tears & happiness as we remember William Peter Boffey xx

Way to go Emma! Best wishes for this weekend :)

I'll be thinking of you Emma, good luck!
