And the training commences

Training so far

6 weeks to go and counting until the first challenge, started off by going out for a ride last month when I could find time.  I am now thinking that I really need to up my game so have aimed to go out out twice during the week completing a minimum of 10 miles and then a larger ride on the weekend consisting of a minimnum of 25 miles.  The pain in the backside is slowly improving as time goes by :-).  Currently going at an average pace of 12mph but would like to double this by the time i get to the 100 mile.
