This year's Big Welsh Car Show is moving to Chepstow Racecourse in Monmouthshire. Taking place on Sunday 17th of September, the event will no doubt be bigger and better than ever and raise even more funds for blood cancer patients.

For 2017 the Big Welsh Car Show will be moving to a brand new exciting venue.  Chepstow Racecourse in Monmouthshire is a fantastic venue with room to grow and excellent transport links to Wales, the South West and the Midlands.

Although Margam Park was a lovely venue, we always worried that if we had a lot of rain in the run up to the car show (and let's face it, it's Wales so very likely!) that we'd have to cancel the event last minute as it's all on grass.  The Wales team therefore decided that it was a good time to move the event to a more weather proof venue and Chepstow Racecourse turned out to be perfect.  There is plenty of space to grow the event, the entire site is tarmac hard standing and the events team could not have been more accomodating or excited about bringing the event to Monmouthshire.

This year we will have a lot more family activities including a large funfair, circus skills workshops, games, music and entertainment.  We will also have a variety of catering outlets and this year we are pleased to welcome Beetle Juice along who convert VW campervans into exciting bars.

As in previous years children under 16yrs go FREE with a paying adult and tickets are £10 or £7 for concessions.  So tell you friends and family and let's make this a day to remember.

Entry to exhibit your car will open in a few weeks time, if you've taken part in the past then keep an eye out in your inbox for an email with the link to our website or if you'd like to exhibit then please contact the Wales team by emailing wales@bloodwise.org.uk
