We'll soon be ready to test our new service for people affected by blood cancer...read all about it here!

Bloodwise will shortly be launching a new service to support people affected by blood cancer. The development of the service, Blood Cancer Connect, follows research with patient and carers which showed that finding the right information can be a confusing and complicated process, and can be particularly distressing following a blood cancer diagnosis.

The service enables you to gather reliable, up to date and accurate blood cancer information from a network of trusted sources and support services available across the UK. This information is easy to filter to enable you to quickly find the most relevant material for your blood cancer, the stage you're at, your relationship to blood cancer, and your age. You can also find local services in your area and access peer to peer support from other people affected by blood cancer. The service also enables you to store this information in your own account for later use and share it with those close to you.

Over the coming weeks we'll be looking for your support in making this product the best it can be, so we'll be in touch to ask you to explore and play with the service prior to it launching publically.  We’re looking forward to hearing what you think!

If you have any questions at all, please don't hesitate to get in touch with me on 0207 504 2213 or kkeightley@bloodwise.org.uk
