Ann joins us to share her experiences and answer your questions about non-Hodgkin lymphoma in our latest Facebook Live Q&A

On Thursday 24th November Bloodwise Ambassador and non-Hodgkin lymphoma patient Ann Bromley (pictured) will be coming in to the office to answer your questions about her experiences with blood cancer in our latest patient Facebook Live Q&A.

Ann was finally diagnosed with non-Hodgkin lymphoma in 2003 after originally presenting to her GP with abdominal pains. Initial scans revealed a small lump the size of a plum which had grown to the size of a grapefruit before a biopsy finally confirmed that she had large diffuse B cell lymphoma.

Ann underwent immediate R-CHOP treatment which initially put the lymphoma in to remission. However Ann sadly relapsed on a further two occasions before chemo and radiotherapy finally put her into a lasting remission which she's been in now for approaching 10 years.

While painful, Ann is happy to talk about any aspect of her experiences including relapse and is determined to help raise awareness and support others currently going through treatment. You'll be able to ask questions on our Facebook page on the day however we're also encouraging questions in advance.

If you have a question that you'd like to ask Ann please email us

Newton's Q&A will be streamed live from 11 pm on the Bloodwise Facebook page
