Not many miles this week as am on a carb depletion week in order to try and lose some weight and hence have no fuel in the tank. However, nearly finished the week and already lost 7lbs!



Just done 10 miles, bit slow but very light headed as a consequence of no carbs all week...


That's a great effort, well done Rachel!

Very sensible to reduce the training at the same time, especially in this heat. Hope it's all going well so far. How's the fundraising going?


Its not really, I am struggling with the fundraising page! Sure I'll work it out but when I press donate, nothing happens :(
