The ‘Come Fly with Me Ball’ on Saturday 14 December at the Concorde Conference Centre in Cheshire will feature performances from not one, but two, of the biggest bands around - JLS and Lawson.
JLS have sold six million albums, had five number one singles and won two Brit Awards and four MOBO awards. They are taking time out of their farewell tour to perform their hits at the Ball. Lawson, a London-based four-piece, only released their first single in 2012 but already have had three Top Five hits and a Top Ten debut album, ‘Chapman Square’.
Now in its second year, the James Milner Foundation’s Ball raises money for Leukaemia & Lymphoma Research, NSPCC and Help for Heroes. Money raised so far by the Foundation has been put towards a Leukaemia & Lymphoma Research project at the University of Manchester into childhood leukaemia.
Last year’s event was a huge success and was attended by a host of footballers and celebrity supporters.
Catriona Tait, Regional Manager North said: “Following the fantastic feedback from their first Charity Winter Ball in 2012, I was lucky enough to attend the Foundation’s Gala Dinner in April this year, as part of their inaugural Charity Golf Day. The entire event was a terrific success and I’m very much looking forward to joining the Foundation and their guests in December.”
A few tickets for the Ball are still available, with single tickets starting from £200 and a table for 10 at £1,800. For more details click here
