With Christmas just around the corner we have a number of events, concerts and yuletide activities that we'd really appreciate your help with. Here are six opportunities for you to get involved:

1. Join us at Christmas with the Stars

We would love for you to join us at our annual Christmas with the Stars concert on Tuesday 6th December at the Royal Albert Hall for what is always one of the highlights of our events calendar.

At this stage we have an allocation of 30 free tickets which will be available on a first come, first served basis however depending upon demand we may be able to secure more.

Friends and family are also more than welcome - the more, the merrier! However, you'll have to book their tickets separately through the Royal Albert Hall Box Office.

For information and to register your interest in one of our free tickets please email Afia at aboachie@bloodwise.org.uk

2. Glasgow Carols 2016

Our Scottish regional team are looking for Ambassadors to help out with this year's Glasgow Carol Concert taking place at the stunning St Aloysius Church in the heart of Glasgow on Thursday 8th December.

First and foremost we'd love for you to come to the concert and encourage your friends and family to do the same for a night of carols and modern Christmas tunes performed by some of the city's best choirs.

We'd also really appreciate any help or support you can provide on the night talking to guests, helping with our collection and handing out our support and information.

Tickets: £10 for adults, £5 for children

For more information and tickets please email our Scottish fundraising manager Keri at kwyatt@bloodwise.org.uk

3. Cardiff Christmas Concert

This year's Cardiff Christmas Concert is being held at the main hall at Cardiff High School and we'd love for a strong Ambassador presence to help us raise awareness and spread a little festive cheer.

On top of the carols and Christmas classics there'll be a few tasty Christmas treats and an opportunity to talk to other attendees about the support and information that we offer as well as help us with our bucket collection.

Tickets: £10 for adults, £5 for children

For tickets and to express your interest in helping out at this year's concert please email our Welsh fundraising manager Rachael at rdavies@bloodwise.org.uk

4. Edinburgh Christmas Carol Concert

We're looking for volunteers to help us with our Edinburgh Christmas Carol Concert on Tuesday 13th December in the spectacular surroundings of St Giles Cathedral on the Royal Mile.

First and foremost we need your help in selling tickets for the concert and would love for you to join us for what is sure to be a fantastic evening of carols, Christmas treats and fundraising.

There are also a number of ways that you can get involved on the evening itself from shaking a bucket to handing out programmes and talking to supporters about the information and services that we offer.

Tickets: £10 for adults, £5 for children

To book tickets and register your interest in helping out please email Keri at kwyatt@bloodwise.org.uk

5. Carols in the Capital

We're looking for 5 or 6 Bloodwise Ambassadors to help us with Carols in the Capital at St Botolph-without-Bishopsgate church in London on Wednesday 14th December.

The concert is aimed at our fundraisers and corporate partners and your role would be to mingle with the guests and speak to them about your experiences with blood cancer and role as an Ambassador as we look to help demonstrate just how much of a difference their support can make.

If you're interested in helping out with Carols in the Capital please email Afia at aboachie@bloodwise.org.uk

6. Christmas Cards

We need your help promoting and selling our 2016 Christmas Cards.

Starting at £2.99 for a pack of 6 we’ve got a fantastic range this year featuring all the traditional Christmas scenes along with a number of other festive cards including my favourite which is the red post box with a dog in a scarf.

To help us promote this year’s cards we’d love it if you could tell all your friends and family by sharing this link: https://shop.bloodwise.org.uk/shop/christmas-cards

All proceeds will go directly towards funding further research and clinical trials so it’s a great way for us to spread some festive cheer and help make a difference at the same time.

Another way that you can help us promote our Christmas range for 2016 is by ordering one of our Christmas catalogues.

To order a catalogue please email our Supporter Care team at hello@bloodwise.org.uk
