Spinning Class Training - 10 members, 1 crazy instructor and some fast Jamaican tunes (obviously not Bob Marley)

38 minutes and 12.5 miles of pure interval training. The pain barrier was reached at 25 minutes, no bananas at hand to assist.  We all worked through it to appreciate the much needed post work out stretch.  My query is would it be right to wear padded shorts to an in door cycle class??? Or just apply the cream ;)

Tomorrow - Following a change of winter tyres to some easy semi slicks a 25 mile on and off road route through the Lincolnshire Wolds. I will learn to love hills... (Saturdays mantra)
