Not feeling so good today so only managed a 13 mile leg stretcher.

At least you got out to do some Tony! Better to take it easy than push yourself when you're not well and risk making yourself more ill. Hope you're feeling well now and had a good and restful weekend? Good luck with the rest of your training :)
