So after a pretty disastrous week 3 I have managed to get back on the bike for training week 4! Whist I may not have beaten my accumulated mileage achieved in week 2, I did manage to achieve a 30 mile ride without stopping and perhaps what's even more encouraging is the fact that I only ended the ride due time passing and it was getting too late and dark to be out cycling! Feeling much more confident now about the 52 miles - Roll on training week 5!!!!!! :)
