All money raised from the match will be donated to Leukaemia and Lymphoma Research.
The match is open to the public and the day starts at 9.30am with the match starting at 12pm. There will also be a barbeque, bar, raffle and bouncy castle, alongside music provided by Beth McCarthy, a finalist from BBC’s The Voice.
Alex Bunting, chairman of Cromford Meadows Cricket Club said: “This is landmark in the club’s history and what better way to celebrate than a charity cricket match against some of the best known soap stars on our television.
It will be a day of fun for everyone but will also help to raise much-needed funds for Leukaemia and Lymphoma Research.”
In addition, there is also a fantastic opportunity to enjoy a VIP Afternoon Tea with the stars! It’s £20 per person or £150 for a table of eight. For more information, please contact Martyn Buswell on 07989 561071 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
