Yesterday was the start of my training for the 52 mile Bikeathon. Surprisingily enough, don't hurt as much as I thought I might do. 10 miles completed on an excercise bike in the gym, not a bad start.
I know that it is completely different on a road bike riding on the streets but going from nothing to 10 miles is a good start for me. I'll take that all day long.
On the plus side, I reckon Kelly will be happy that I'm not hurting much cause then she won't hear me moan.
Next step is to up the distance. 20 miles, here we go.
