Ok, so the ride is next sunday!! how has it come round so quickly!!
i knew that the 2 week holiday we had will have really affected fitness levels. we got back on thursday and did a 20mile ride on friday which i found tougher than normal. i did a spin class last night and found it harder than i normally do so im just trying to spend the next week and a half building my fitness back up and fitting in 2 more long rides. we aim to reach 35 miles before next sunday. the routes we ride near home are quite hilly so its been hard on the old thighs!!
we have reached out taget in donations which we are so grateful for!! people have been so generous and we cant thank them enough.
