Marks Sattin chose Leukaemia & Lymphoma Research as their first ever charity partner in 2009 and have been supporting us ever since.
A cake bake, wear red day and slave auction launched the partnership with fundraising efforts in 2010 being led by Martin Pond who ran the London Marathon. This year, a Beat the Pro Charity Challenge Golf Day has so far allowed Marks Sattin employees to get together with 30 clients in aid of Leukaemia & Lymphoma Research.
Managing Director, Dave Way, says: "We are delighted to be working with Leukaemia & Lymphoma Research. We wanted everyone at Marks Sattin to come together for a common goal, to raise money for vital research to improve treatments for blood cancer patients. There has been a fantastic response from everyone in the company, within days of the announcement a charity committee was formed, activities were planned and people have been putting themselves forward for all kinds of sports events."
