Media agency Kinetic secures premium advertising space for Bikeathon campaign

We’re proud to be supported by out of home media agency Kinetic in the marketing of our London and Birmingham Bikeathon events.

Every year for the last 6 years, Kinetic, on a pro bono basis, has secured prominent advertising space around London to encourage people to take part in our flagship annual cycling event, London Bikeathon, which sees thousands of riders pedal through the streets of the capital.

This year’s outdoor and digital ad campaign has already seen a large number of London’s billboards and bus shelters bedecked with Bikeathon branding – and excitingly, ads will also start to appear across 150 London underground sites from June 29, running for four weeks.

The campaign has also seen Birmingham Bikeathon, which is taking place in 2015 for its second year, promoted at premium outdoor locations including Fiveways Island.

The advert production has likewise been provided on a pro bono basis by agency Hi Rezz, part of the Kinetic family.

Bikeathon raised over £700,000 last year to help us beat blood cancer and improve the lives of all those affected. We’re hugely thankful for Kinetic’s ongoing support in helping us to achieve this vision.

With 26 or 52 mile routes to choose from – plus a 100 mile route in Birmingham – and great food, music and entertainment at the finish, Bikeathon offers something for everyone.

Join us on Sunday 5 July in Birmingham or Sunday 16 August in London and cycle to beat blood cancer.
