Thank you to all of you who have made a donation so far! You have helped us make an enormous difference to the lives of people like my dad suffering from blood cancer.
More great news: Leukaemia and Lymphoma Research has awarded £211,000 to Dr Sahota and his team at the University of Southampton for a three year project which will look specifically at finding treatments and identifying the behaviour of myeloma - the very blood cancer my dad has. This is a lot of money, and a much needed glimmer of hope for everyone affected. A lot can change in three years. Needless to say that we all got very emotional when we found out.

We read the announcement of the award just as our fundraising pot cleared £1000. Surely, this is no coincidence. What amazing motivation - even those wickedly steep hills won't stop us (ahem, me) now. Spread the word - together we can beat blood cancer.
Thanks everyone! We love you!
