Fans of Stoke City Football Club generously donated hundreds of pounds to Bloodwise at their recent game against Crystal Palace.

Over sixteen volunteers headed over to the Bet 365 stadium in Staffordshire on Saturday to host a bucket collection at the ground to help beat blood cancer. A fantastic £809.18 was collected from generous Stoke City FC fans.

It was a cold and damp day but it didn't stop our brilliant volunteers braving the elements and collecting for two and a half hours before kick off at 3pm. Stoke City won the match against Crystal Palace 1-0, meaning it was a successful day all round.

A huge thank you goes out to the fans of Stoke City FC for their support and of course to the wonderful Heather, Martyn, Gail, Janet, Sonia, Stella, Guy, Di, Haroon and all the collectors from the Ahmadiyya Muslim Youth Association for volunteering with us.
