Royal London get down and dirty to beat blood cancer

The Last Rolos, a team of colleagues from Royal London's Wilmslow offices put themselves through a gruelling challenge at the Born Survivor event in Cheshire this September.

With huge smiles on their faces and positive mental attititudes, they started the day looking like this...

In just over 2 hours, they battled through thick mud (The Somme), neck deep muddy water (The Bomb Hole), the mincer and finally the blitz (a huge wet muddy wall!).

The team said, "Everyone performed exceptionally and worked as a team to help each other over some of the more challenging obstacles.  The Blitz at the end was particularly tough!"

It was a fantastic achievement, and they finished with smiling faces (and thankfully no injuries!) in the knowledge that they raised over £1200 to help us beat blood cancer. If you want to support The Last Rolos, you can find their JustGiving page here.

Thank you to all The Last Rolos for all their hard work and dedication, we really do appreciate it!
