As we know our sports fundraisers love to get out there and train for their events, we thought they might all like to know that we’ve now setup groups on the social media app, Strava, for running, cycling and triathlon.
Strava is great training app that is already used widely by many cyclists and runners. It allows you to track your training, setup personal goals and training plans, encourage others in your group and compare results. It even allows you to record how muich distance you've done in a certain pair of trainers or on a certain bike and lets you know when to think about replacing/servicing them.
We hope the groups will really encourage our sports participants with their training and even allow them to get a little competitive (if they want to!).
The groups can be found using the links below. You will need to register on the app but you can use your Facebook or Google login to do this.
