The best way to raise over £600 sponsorship!

Saturday night at Lutterell Hall and I was singing and dancing the night away to the fabulous band, Dogs on Bees, along with over 100 friends and family. A sumptuous hog roast, raffle prizes and games - the perfect complement to round off an amazing night. My 2 lasting memories are Stand By Me (Ben E King) a long line of dancers in front of the stage clapping along in time, and Mr Brightside (The Killers) big groups all dancing linked up. Just fantastic!!

I am very grateful for the brilliant Dogs on Bees band for supporting the event; they just get better and better and always fill the dance floor.   And our collective good fun has managed to raise over £600 - wow once again thanks to everyone who supported this great cause!

And I hope to see you at our other events...........

This is all great fund raising for our London to Paris bike ride in September with my fellow riders from West Bridgford Cycle Club.

My legs ached today from all the dancing, but all good for the thighs for bike training for our 500k big event – roll on September when 20 riders from West Bridgford Cycle Club will be cycling from London to Paris to raise more for Leukaemia and Lymphoma Research.
