Property management company donates £10,000 to research dedicated to non-Hodgkin's lymphoma (NHL) and graft-versus-host-disease (GvHD).

Property management company Touchstone, based in Milton Keynes has kindly donated £10,000 to Bloodwise which is to be split between research into two conditions.

The Charity Committee at Touchstone nominated Bloodwise as one of their benefitting charities because of personal loss in their office. One member of staff sadly lost her husband, who had acute myeloid leukaemia (AML) earlier this year following complications related to graft-versus-host-disease (GvHD). Another member of staff sadly lost her mother to non-Hodgkin's lymphoma (NHL) in 2014.

Susan and Jacqui from their Milton Keynes office came to visit us last week and presented us with the very generous donation of £10,000 which is to be split across two research projects. £5,000 will be granted to a study into treatment of patients with chronic GvHD which is currently taking place at the University of Birmingham, and the other £5,000 will be sent to a Trial Acceleration Programme (TAP) focused on NHL.

Thank you Touchstone for your very generous donation, we really appreciate your support.
