Training re-started!!

Knee ligament (badminton injury!!) OK!!

Finding cycling is the best exercise for my left knee and starting to get a few miles in the saddle! The route has just been issued and the stretch from Mickleton to Broadway Tower (http://www.mapmyride.com/routes/view/423711206) looks pretty daunting!! Hoping I've not bittem off more that I can chew :-o!!

Hi Phil,

Good to hear that you're getting stuck in to the training and that the cycling actually the best exercise for your knee. Some of the route is tough but there are some decent downhill/flat stretches too for you to recover on! Best of luck with the rest of your training -  you've still got plenty of time to get yourself in shape ahead of the ride.
