Training update

We completed a 13 mile ride last night. It was quite tough as we had a big hill half way through. I felt like i was cycling on the spot at some points but Mike was really encouraging and helped me get to the top without giving up!! It did take us about 1.5 hours but i blame the hill. It completely took it out of me so had to stop for 5 minutes afterwards.

i feel like I'm getting more confident for the day now. We have some 25/26 mile routes planned out for this weekend so once I've done that, I'll feel really good. I'm planning to get up to about 40/45 as a PB before the race. 

So, overall, it's going well. Will keep you posted after our long ride this weekend.
