Training going well but need some hills to train on!

So, have managed a couple long rides, 77 miles and 90 miles. Have also noticed the difference the training is making. My cadence and average speed are increasing and stamina too.

My big concern at the moment is all my training is on the flat and looking at the preliminary route there is a 5 mile climb, ouch!!

Still, I have been overwhelmed by the level of support and will finish the course whatever happens, no way I can let all the people down who have been so generous with their sponsorship.
