Over 200 Wickes colleagues took part and completed their challenge of cycling 3,500 miles in 10 days and visited all 217 Wickes Stores across the country!
On 13 June 2012 the cyclists set off to complete a nation-wide cycle challenge. With seven relay routes, the riders linked together all 217 Wickes stores across the UK from Inverness in the Scottish Highlands to Truro in Cornwall.
The team covered 3,500 miles over the course of 10 days from 13-22 June braved all manner of terrain and weather. Some colleagues even completed legs of 100 miles during the course of a day. To see the scale of this amazing challenge simply view the Big 10 Cycle Challenge map below.
