We are currently looking for an exceptional and driven fundraiser to join the Individual Giving team at Bloodwise.

This year is an exciting time of growth and development for the Individual Giving team as we are looking to grow our programme over the next 3 years and we are looking for a talented and ambitious individual to join our team as a Senior Individual Giving Co-ordinator. Initially this post holder will be responsible for developing and implementing campaigns from within the Individual Giving portfolio, specifically our legacy marketing programme. How work is split across the team is reviewed regularly to allow opportunities for development with great emphasis being placed on widening and developing skills and knowledge.

We also work closely with other teams within the Fundraising and Marketing division and most closely those within the Public Fundraising & Individual Giving department – our regional and Sports Events teams including integrating activity where appropriate.

To be considered for this role you should be a practised individual giving fundraiser with significant experience in project managing direct marketing campaigns across a wide range of media including telemarketing, direct mail, digital marketing. You should have an ability to think through and adopt a clear, sensible step-by step approach to planning and organising work, making effective use of time and resources in order to get the job done as effectively as possible. Confident and a good communicator, you should have a real passion for individual giving fundraising.
