We are seeking an exceptional professional to lead the strategic development of organisational and operational effectiveness, staff engagement and culture change.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a track record of leading successful organisation-wide transformation, effectively managing a broad portfolio of teams and will understand the importance of culture in driving and sustaining great performance.
