We're a dedicated and passionate team focused on the needs of people affected by blood cancer. We develop high quality and award-winning information, which is available online and via hard copy, via health professionals. We provide support and information on the phone, email, social media and via our online forum. Our relationships with health and care professionals, particularly our clinical nurses’ network, ensure that we are up to date with clinical developments and understand clinical and patient needs. We also run a network of ambassadors – people affected by blood cancer who will advocate on behalf of patients, and the organisation.

This role provides leadership to the team ensuring they are able to manage competing priorities and challenging deadlines. The postholder will be a strong advocate for patients, understand their needs and ensure that as an organisation our services continue to meet these needs. They will be able to identify and develop new opportunities, but also ensure we continue to meet the day to day demands of delivering our existing services. They will be able to develop relationships and a collaborative approach with other teams in the organisation, particularly our research and policy and fundraising teams.
