This is an exciting time to be joining Bloodwise. We are now looking for a proactive, innovative and experienced HR Manager to join our HR and L&D Team and be part of supporting the organisation to achieve its potential.
You will be an experienced Senior HR Advisor or HR Manager with demonstrable experience of building influential relationships with your customers through a business partnering approach, of proactively driving continuous improvement of HR service delivery, and of high levels of professionalism and attention to detail.
This is a generalist HR role which includes providing consultancy to managers, HR and organisational projects and supporting the development of an efficient platform of HR systems, processes and tools. For the right person this role will provide a great opportunity to build on existing knowledge, skills and experience and make real and significant improvements to both HR and organisational performance. You will play a key part in working with the HR and L&D Team to develop the support service that the organisation needs as it moves forward into exciting times.
