What are the show opening times?
11am – 4pm
How much does it cost to exhibit my vehicle?
Registrations for vehicles have now closed. You can now only enter on the day at £10 per vehicle but please note question below.
If you are entering your vehicle on the day please enter the show via Gate 2.
(The entry fee includes entry for a driver and passenger into the show – all extra passengers need to pay the visitor entry fee)
Can I register on the day?
Yes you can, although space will be limited and depend on the organiser’s discretion.You will also not be guaranteed a place with your club/group stand.
Why are you charging an entry fee for me to exhibit?
The Big Welsh Car Show is a charity event aiming to raise as much funds as possible for blood cancer patients across Wales. We ask that each exhibitor pay an entry fee so that it can help to cover the high running costs of the event and raise money for the charity.
Can I bring a BBQ on the day?
I’m afraid that the venue does not allow BBQ’s on site.
Will there be food available on the day?
Yes, there will be various catering facilities around the site throughout the day of the event.
Can I bring my own food and drink onsite?
Yes you are welcome to bring your own food and drink.
Can I bring my dog?
Yes, well behaved dogs are welcome. Please be aware that there are vehicles moving at times on the site and that there are a lot of visitors and that you must remain responsible for cleaning up after your dog.
Can I leave the site with my vehicle before the end of the show?
You are not able to leave the site before 4:00pm at the earliest unless there is an emergency. If you do need to leave, please speak to a marshal who will be able to help you.
When will I receive all the details regarding the day?
You will receive everything that you need for on the day, including your show pass the first week in September. If you have not received it by 8 September 2016, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can re-send it to you.
What if I can’t make it on the day or I want to change which vehicle I’m bringing?
We don’t offer refunds if you are unable to make it on the day, although if you would like to bring another vehicle instead, then please let us know by contacting email@example.com If you do need to change vehicles, please be aware that we may not be able to update the programme to reflect this due to printing deadlines.
Are there toilets on site?
Yes, Margam Park has toilet facilities next to the castle and the café.There will also be portaloos around the site for your convenience.
What is the latest that I can arrive on the day?
All vehicles must be parked on site by 10:30am for the show opening at 11:00am. If you are unable to arrive by this time, we may not be able to guarantee your registered space or place you with your car club or group.
Will there be camping available on site?
No there is no camping available as the venue is not set up for this. Please visit www.visitwales.com for local accommodation.
Can we bring a club tent/stand to the event?
Yes you are welcome to bring your own gazebo/stand for your car club although you will be responsible for erecting and taking it down as the show organisers hold no responsibility for your stands.
