Run the Birmingham International Marathon for Bloodwise and help beat blood cancer
The Birmingham International Marathon is a 26.2-mile run which celebrates the history and diversity of the city. The run begins at Alexander Stadium, the home of British Athletics, and ends in the city centre.
The course takes runners through the Irish Quarter, Cannon Hill Park and the famous Bournville model village. Other notable landmarks include Edgbaston cricket stadium, the Selfridges building and Millennium Point.
Live music lines the route and certain miles have a different theme, allowing for a celebration of Birmingham's cultural diversity.
How to get a place in the Birmingham International Marathon
We have a limited number of charity places available. There's a £25 entry fee and we ask our runners to commit to a minimum fundraising target of £400.
