Make your way through mud and obstacles for Bloodwise and help beat blood cancer
Tough Mudder is a gruelling 10-mile endurance challenge held on the grounds of a 17th-century castle in the Scottish countryside. Participants have to make it across a route which includes gut-busting hills, dense woodland, a variety of obstacles and lots of mud.
Participants can opt to take on the full 10-mile route or alternatively opt for half-length challenge which runs 5 miles. Adventurous youngsters can take on the Mini Mudder, a 1-mile obstacle course designed for 7-12 year olds.
