I cant believe it's come around so quick! With only 18 days to go, training is still taking place. Louise and I are trying to run twice a week, one shorter run of about 5K and then one longer. Our best time currently is 5miles in 48 minutes so we are hoping that with our last few weeks of continued effort and training that we will be able to complete the event in under an hour. Really hoping that it doesnt rain on the day!
