As the weather is nice and I have a few days off, I thought I'd prime the bike and take to the roads for another training ride for this years London Bikeathon. Today I managed just a little over 30 miles, with a couple of extra climbs thrown in. It was a good ride, but me legs are a tad achy. I did broadly the same route as last time, but turned off and rode through Sutton (surrey ) and Belmont, past the Royal Marsden hospital which is the Hospital where I received my lifesaving treatment nearly 5 years ago. I will admit that when I saw the hospital my emotions came out a little and a tear came to my eye.
Anyway, here is the link to my route today on Imapmyride.http://www.mapmyride.com/workout/540580772
Tonight, I'm off out with my loving partner Lynda for a nice curry and some vino.
Rich.
