The Leukaemia and Lymphoma Research member login is new. We have lots of functionality planned for the coming months and years in an effort to build member login; an online fundraising platform so that you can fundraise directly on our site; and an online community with forums for our supporters to talk to one another. This page will be updated as the site changes and. If you notice anything that you believe is wrong with the site, or you want to suggest things for us to build please let us know.

Signing up to the website

Who can have a profile?

Anyone aged 16 or over can register to the Leukaemia & Lymphoma Research website.

Why does an account already exist with my email address?

If you have ever used our website before to do any of the following, you will already have an account:

  • Sign up to an event
  • Order patient information
  • Purchase something from our shop
  • Create an Unstoppable Fundraising page
  • Write a blog

Why do you need my date of birth?

We need your date of birth to ensure you are aged 16 or over.

 

Your profile

Who can see my profile?

Everyone. Your profile is public and can be seen by anyone. Your profile and/or posts may feature on the People section of the website.

What can I do with my profile?

Your profile is the hub of your Leukaemia & Lymphoma Research activity. Currently you can tell people a little about yourself and why you support us and can blog about your fundraising or patient experiences or anything else you think may be of interest to our supporters.

How can I edit my profile?

You can edit your profile from anywhere on the site when you are logged in by clicking the "edit profile" link in the top menu. 

Can remove my profile?

We are currently in the process of adding the ability for you to remove your profile. In the meantime, you can contact the team to deactivate your account if you no longer want your profile.

I can't log in - what is the problem?

Is it possible that you have forgotten your password? Try resetting your password. If you still have trouble logging in, get in touch with one of the team.

Writing posts

How long does a post have to be?

Posts can be as long or short as you like. It's totally up to you.

Will my post be moderated before going live?

No, posts are not moderated before going live on your profile. 

Where will my post show up?

Your post will show up under "Blogs" on your profile page. It may also appear in the People section.

Will my post show up on the Leukaemia and Lymphoma research News Page?

Staff may occasionally choose to feature member's posts on the Leukaemia & Lymphoma Research News page. If so, it will appear with you as the author, linking back to your profile.

How do I edit a post that I have already published?

You can edit your own posts by visiting that page and clicking the "edit" tab at the top right hand side of the page under the header.

Can I remove a post that I created?

You can delete your own posts by visiting that page and clicking the "edit" tab at the top right hand side of the page under the header. Then scroll down and click "delete".

Can I add pictures and videos to my post?

You can add pictures to your post by clicking teh little image icon in the editor and following the instructions. We are working on making this process easier and more straightforward. You cannot currently add video, but we will soon be adding youtube compatibility. In the meantime, please contact us if you would like content adding to your post.
