The Haemato-Oncology Nurses Facebook Group: Become part of a nation-wide community of haemato-oncology nurses sharing thoughts, ideas and support!

If you’re looking for a forum where you can voice ideas, issues, questions, or simply share something, the Haemato-Oncology Facebook Group might be for you! This is a closed group newly set up by Bloodwise within the last year, and it aims to give haemato-oncology nurses the space and opportunity to communicate and network with colleagues across the country. Here nurses can share best practice, offer each other support and also increase shared learning and development. This is a small community at the moment, but it's been incredibly useful for many nurses already, and will continue to grow and become a great resource for haemato-oncology nurses everywhere!

The Group is run and moderated by a dedicated member of the Bloodwise Patient Experience Team here at HQ who will regularly post with updates on Bloodwise news, haemato-oncology news, upcoming events and conferences, as well as any relevant patient and volunteer stories. Once every week on Friday there will also be a #mademyweek post where everyone can share something good that's happened that week to spread a little cheer before the weekend! If you have any questions about anything on the page at all at any time or if you’d like any more information, please contact Suzanne Beattie on 0207 269 9015 or Kate Keightley on 020 7504 2213, or email support@bloodwise.org.uk.

If you’d like to join in the discussion and get involved in this group please follow the link below and click ‘Join’ on the page. Kate or Suzanne will then approve your request and welcome you to the group where you can write a quick hello to the other members and then get posting!
