Cowbridge Holy Cross Church in South Glamorgan is hosting a night of chamber music by Brahms, Sarasate and Ravel on Friday 30 September, with all proceeds going to the blood cancer charity Leukaemia & Lymphoma Research.
This ‘Charity Chamber Music’ night will be one of several concerts at the 2nd annual Cowbridge Music Festival, which will be held over two weeks between 24 September and 7 October.
For the charity performance, festival organiser and cellist Mary Elliot will be joined by three outstanding young international musicians for an evening of chamber music – young Japanese pianist Miki Aoki, award winning violinist Audrey Baranov and multi-award winning viola player Sergey Malov.
The concert starts at 7:30pm. Entry and programmes are free, but there will be collections for Leukaemia & Lymphoma Research if the public would like to make a donation.
