A team of staff from RENOLIT Cramlington Limited in Northumberland took on a Tough Mudder challenge recently, raising funds for Leukaemia & Lymphoma Research and Help for Heroes.
Neil Douglass and his colleagues at RENOLIT have previously taken part in a number of fundraising activities to help beat blood cancer, including cakes, race nights, and a 3 peaks challenge!
Neil and his team members Mark Collins, Kerry Stevens, Dawn Harris, Leon James, Harry Dunn and Michelle Castro took part in the Edinburgh Tough Mudder event, and have raised over £2,000 for the two charities.
The team have a Virgin Money Giving page for their fundraising at www.virginmoneygiving.com/mudders14, and I met with some of the team earlier this week and was presented with a cheque for £1,081.05 from Leukaemia & Lymphoma Research. A fantastic donation - many thanks to the team for this support, and here's a few photos of the team at the Tough Mudder event!
