Looking back at the cycling blog, I appreciate it looks like a lot of off days! Since deciding to do this about 3 weeks ago I have increased the rowing inbetween to keep my general cardio fitness up - thats 75km in 9 rides and 3 season bests (still a bit to go for PBs, not sure how I managed them a few years ago). Still, if it means I balance out eating whatever I want then it must be worth it.
