Today is the day I run home from work. Luckily the run home is exactly 10.
Healthy eating for most of the day, mainly fruit and veg and some protein. Keeping in mind when running home that I will be carrying a backpack. Walking distance from work to home is 2 hours exactly. My guess is 1hr 20mins or 1hr 30mins till I reach my front door.
Update on post run to home will be up tomorrow morning.
