When I was 2 and a half years old I was really sick. I lost all my hair and couldn't eat for 9 months. But my mum says that I'm better now thanks to amazing cyclists like you helping blood cancer research.

"Our daughter endured two and a half years – half her life – on high-dose chemotherapy and steroids. She had to be isolated countless times because her immune system was too weak to mix with friends and family. But despite all of this, she never once complained, and kept her beautiful smile on her face throughout. Although it’s been harrowing, she’s one of the lucky ones. Without the funds for research and new trials for blood cancer patients, I know she wouldn’t have survived."
